In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Wallet" — the account balance held within a Player's crn77 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player via a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) that are available for wagering or withdrawal subject to verification.

• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent time you access the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of crn77 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended pending investigation.
• Own Identity: You must register an Account using your own legal identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using a false identity, or providing inaccurate personal information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal incapacity that restricts your ability to enter contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

crn77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including national identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

To access the full range of crn77 products and services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify crn77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised.
• crn77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from crn77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• crn77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. crn77 will never levy a fee for opening or maintaining an Account.

crn77 may at any time verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. This includes verifying your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details. We may use third-party identity verification services to conduct these checks. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

crn77 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC policy.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Wallet.
• crn77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which crn77 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• crn77 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay within 1–3 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• crn77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where a KYC verification has not been completed, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real Money Funds that form part of a Wallet containing active Bonus Funds may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the bonus cycle is complete or cancelled.
• crn77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period.

crn77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager to the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Arcade crash games typically contribute 20%. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a different period is specified in the promotion-specific terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Wallet, the maximum single wager permitted per bet or spin is ৳1,000 unless higher limits are explicitly approved in the promotion terms. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Wallet at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Abuse and Misuse: crn77 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion with other players, or exploitation of system errors.
• Right to Modify: crn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to Player Wallets will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering activity on the crn77 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at crn77's absolute discretion. crn77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager. crn77 is not responsible for odds changes that occur between a Player viewing an odds display and confirming a bet.
• In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the displayed odds (for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market price for the relevant event), crn77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. crn77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for the suspension or withdrawal of in-play options during an event.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for the relevant sport as published in crn77's sport-by-sport betting rules. In general, abandoned events where less than 90% of the scheduled play has been completed will result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — is governed by the crn77 Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Key provisions include: rain-affected matches settled on DLS par score where applicable, minimum overs thresholds for match result markets, and special rules for tied matches in knockout tournaments.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. The applicable limits will be communicated to Players on request and may be adjusted from time to time.

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, arcade games, and Royal Fishing games available on the crn77 Platform are governed by the rules published within the relevant game interface. The following general provisions also apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by Evolution Gaming or Ezugi dealer staff under controlled studio conditions.
• crn77 does not guarantee that any specific game will be available at any given time. Games may be withdrawn, updated, or suspended for technical or commercial reasons without prior notice.

• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific prize pool rules as displayed within the relevant game. crn77 does not guarantee the size of any jackpot pool and accepts no liability where a jackpot pool is smaller than a Player may have anticipated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, that round will be declared void and all stakes returned. crn77 will not honour any payout that results from a verifiably faulty game state.

crn77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player is found to have opened multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player has engaged in, or facilitated, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with their use of the Platform.
• The Player has engaged in collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other activity that crn77 determines to constitute cheating or unfair play.
• The Player has abused the crn77 bonus and promotions system, including by opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• The Player is located in or becomes a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, crn77 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 business days and will communicate the outcome to the Player at the email address registered on their Account. Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds held in the Wallet at the time of closure may be returned to the Player following investigation, at crn77's sole discretion. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of Account closure for breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the crn77 support team at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the Account is closed.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the session limit is reached, the Player will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders that display the duration of their current session and their net wagering position for that session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without crn77's prior written consent.

You must not use any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool to access the Platform or harvest any content or data from it. Unauthorised use of crn77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crn77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings resulting from any betting or gaming outcome.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays in payment processing or charges levied by mobile wallet operators.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with these Terms.

crn77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their crn77 Wallet in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit crn77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

crn77 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including registration data, KYC documentation, transaction records, and usage data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the crn77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering an Account on the crn77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. crn77 applies SSL encryption across all data transmission channels and follows industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal and financial information.

crn77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Platform (including payment processors and identity verification providers) under binding data processing agreements that require those providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

crn77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, crn77 will provide Players with at least 14 days' notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the address registered on the Player's Account before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the Terms were last updated.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of crn77.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, crn77 will engage in good-faith mediation with the Player. crn77 does not recognise the jurisdiction of any specific national court for the purpose of resolving disputes arising from the use of the Platform, and Players acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to this limitation.
